Returning an item

If you would like to return your order, please contact me within 14 calendar days of delivery. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Please note that returns should be sent back using suitable protective packaging to help prevent damage during transit.

Receiving a refund

Refunds are issued once the returned item has been received and inspected. Original shipping charges, customs fees, duties, and return shipping costs are non-refundable.

Returned items must arrive in their original condition. If an item shows signs of damage or use beyond what is necessary to inspect it, a reduction in the refund amount may apply.

Gift cards, downloadable products, custom work, and made-to-order items are non-refundable.
